As you can see in the previous post I inserted a picture in the post. I’m wondering what other things I should probably do on this blog to make it better.
I still need a few more Wordpress plugins. I’m thinking I’d like to install Sociable.
Although currently I’m sitting in the dark because the light timers clicked the lights off. I’m too lazy to get up to manually turn on another light, so I’m typing away on this blog entry while listening to Christina Aguilera. Okay, I think that about does it. Time to publish this post, and go to bed.

Dinner tonight was hamburgers. Yep, ground up dead cow meat. Yum. Mixed with the right ingredients, you can’t beat it.

There’s something about hamburgers that just make you feel good. The protein gives you energy. Low in carbs (without the bun). Tonight I ate mine without the bun. A little ketchup on the side to dip my salad and meat into. Man, it was good.
Awhile ago, I posted my recipe for Gourmet Meatloaf. My wife now uses this recipe for almost everything ground beef. Hamburgers, meatballs, meatloaf, whatever.
I’m full and feel good after 2 bunless hamburgers and a little salad, and fresh strawberries for dessert. Chased it all down with some water.

Have you ever seen the shoemaker’s shoes? They are usually torn & tattered because he is too busy fixing other peoples shoes rather than fixing his own.

That is how I’m feeling about Search Engine Optimization. I’m so busy doing a nice job for everyone else, that my own sites are suffering.
Eh, I’m not worried. Because I get a lot of pleasure doing what I do. And, helping other optimize their site is what I’m all about anyway.

I wrote a post on my other blog on how to get included in Google News. It’s an informative article that if followed, can lead to a dramatic increase in website traffic.
In short, make sure there are multiple authors, use at least a 3 digit number in the url’s, and publish daily original content.
Then, go ahead and submit your site to Google for inclusion. While you’re at it…go ahead and submit your site to Yahoo News and Topix also.
Don’t forget to submit to all the good directories like BOTW, Yahoo Directory, and DMOZ.
And, a Wikipedia mention wouldn’t hurt either.

We gave up on buying a leather sofa from Costco. Buying online was an experience. It looked great, but when it arrived it wasn’t comfortable. If you buy in the store, then you need to take it home that day.
So, we are going to buy a sofa from a store other than Costco.
I’ve bought some furniture from Ethan Allen, and Levitz in the past. Really, what we want is to sit on a few couches, make a decision, and buy it then and there.
We also have a Thomasville Furniture, and a Macy’s Furniture nearby.
One of the features of the sofa we are considering is a sleeper sofa. But, that jacks up the price about another $1000 bucks.

I was told that it’s possible that I might need arthroscopic surgery in the future. Just maybe. Not definitely. So, naturally I have some questions for my orthopaedic surgeon.
- Assuming there is no weakness or limited range of motion, is shoulder pain alone enough of a reason to have surgery?
- What is the objective of surgery? Success Rate?
- How to increase blood flow to the labrum? Are there specific exercises (eg: arm circles, etc)?
- Will physical therapy be able to cure the pain without the need for surgery?
- If it’s a degenerative condition will surgery help anyway? How many years until the surgical implants deteriorate?
- Can I talk to patients who had the same or similar surgery?
- Will the pain go away without surgery?
- Will surgery solve the pain problem?
- Will the tear rip more if I workout with weights?
- Is sitting cross-legged bad for the knees? The answer is “no”.
He’s a great shoulder doctor in NYC, and his Youtube channel.

I grew up during the Golden age of Television. I was watching cartoons in the 1960’s & 70’s. Shows like Loony Tunes, Mickey Mouse, The Jetsons, The Three Stooges, The Little Rascals, Dennis the Menance, Father Knows Best, The Munsters, etc.
Now, in the 21st century we have internet TV. That’s Television shows that are streaming TV shows on network site. To see some examples, check out: NBC, USA, TBS, ABC.
This is a great advancement for TV.
Due to the busy lifestyles of today, we are much busier than our parents generation. We are multi-tasking at everything it seems. So, it just makes sense that now we can let TV stream across our desktops as we do other tasks.
Who says that just because you’re working you can’t keep up with your favorite shows;-)
